Introducing this 2000 Yamaha YZ250, a spectacular replica of the legendary Team of Troy USA 🐲, masterfully built by Tyler Winstead. A true tribute to a golden era of motocross.
We're back in A1 in the year 2000. Yamaha of Troy opens the bike and this wheel. It's eye-catching, jaw-dropping. The themed build is complete. It's not a replica, as you can see, and it has a black background on a 250 (too heavy for a 125), but it's still pretty cool. I plan to test it at Daytona next year. Some of the specs are below. Some clever bits include the Renthal Gold Fat bars from Europe, as they're sold in the US. They match the DID Gold rims perfectly.
Batfly rotors with the rear end lowered 5mm to fit the caliper, as they're not compatible with steel ones.
Nice details throughout, even the white safety bar from Phoenix Handlebars.
